Reservations
We recommend that you call or e-mail us first to check on availability of the tour you have selected. Once we confirm availability you can make the reservation by:
Online Reservation:
1. Complete the online Reservation Form below.
2. Print out and complete our Tour Waiver, Tour Waiver (PDF)
3. Mail waiver and your payment to us.
Reservation by USPS Mail:
1. Print out and complete our Reservation Form.
2. Print out and complete our Tour Waiver, Tour Waiver (PDF)
3. Mail Resvation form , signed waiver and your payment to us.
Payments and Cancellation Policies
At the present time we only accept payment by check or money order. We pass on a savings to you in the form of a lower trip price by not using a 3rd party. A deposit (we will advise you of the amount based upon your tour) payable to Cycle New England should accompany the form. We are holding a tentative reservation with the B&B until deposit is received. After receiving your reservation form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation. The balance of the tour payment is due 30 days prior to the tour start date. If you are reserving a tour within 30 days of the tour departure date, payment in full is due.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail or letter. Cancellation fees will be assessed based upon the date we receive the written notice.
Refunds will be given, less a 10% total cost of trip cancellation fee, provided that written cancellation is received 30 days prior to the tour date. After that time any monies paid are forfeited. We recommend trip cancellation insurance in case of personal or family emergency. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip.
