We request that you call or e-mail us first to check on availability of the tour you would like to reserve. Once we confirm availability you can make the reservation by:
Payments and Cancellation Policies
At the present time we only accept payment by check or Venmo. We pass on a savings to you in the form of a lower trip price by not using a 3rd party. For our Tour Planning Service, 100% is due at the time of acceptance and made payable to Cycle New England and should accompany the form above. After receiving your request and payment, we will send you a confirmation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail or letter. Cancellation fees will be assessed based upon the date we receive the written notice.

Trip Fee
We provide you with lodging referrals (booked directly by you), detailed maps and instructions, a daily itinerary with sightseeing narrative, and lots of helpful advice!
Please note that our prices are published as a total for 2 persons, and reflect double occupancy in one room. Prices for a single can be offered for all of our tours upon request.

Accomodations
The B&B's used in our self-guided tours are the best in the region. We have become friends with many of the innkeepers, sharing a love to be hosts and representatives for our special area. All are wonderfully preserved historic buildings reflecting the Colonial and Victorian periods in New England.
Meals
Hearty breakfasts are included in most of our the Inn. On the self-guided tours we provide you with a list of our favorite local spots. We know that sometimes you want a picnic lunch and other times the restaurant stop is a welcome break. Instead of deciding where you will eat, we have left that choice up to you.
Bike Rentals
We believe that you experience the most comfortable multi-day tour on a bicycle that is familiar to your body. Therefore, we encourage our cyclists to use their own bikes and are happy to advise you on how to get it to the starting point of our tour. As noted earlier, beginning in 2025 rental services are no longer coordinated by us.
Specific Trip Information
When we receive your reservation and payment, we will confirm with an e-mail including logistical information. This will contain directions on how to get to the starting point of the tour, information on the area you will be touring and local contact information. The tour package also includes daily routes, daily itinerary with sight-seeing narrative and a list of local events happening during your stay. We always welcome your e-mails or calls if you have any questions or concerns not addressed in our communications.
